Triathlon- Finish Line

Triathlon

Because Jessica totally rocked her triathlon in spring of 2009 I really had to step it up this year and knock on out as well. So in the cold waters of Daybreak I had my shot. IT WAS A BLAST!!! I had the great support of family from both sides and my sweet prego wife filming as much as she could. I ended up finishing 6th in my division and in the top 30 overall out of 250+ racers. Not bad considering I hadn't swam or biked in 4 months. I was only able to run while we were down selling in TX because I didnt take my bike. Here are some pics to hopefully tell the story.

Jessica has the best of friends to throw her one of her first baby showers. Bring on the gifts!!! I never know how much we needed for this little guy.

Mother's Day

I woke up early to pick Jessica some fresh Mother's Day flowers. Luckily these flowers were sweet tasting and even came dipped in chocolate. Mmmmmmmmmmm. It took up two days to eat them all. Happy Mother's Day 2010 Jess.

Power Kiting in Texas

So... I picked up a new sport, Kiteboarding. Well... for right now it is minus the board but Jessica did get me this cool trainer kite that you fly on land. We had a blast with it while we were in TX (its always windy in west TX) with only minor injuries. Im sure there will be plenty of pics to come. Here is a pic of me trying to get some "AIR" by jumping the kite. Im still working on my skills.

Baseball Game in Texas

We were able to meet up with our friends Greg and Bitsy Tesimale in Odessa before we moved back to Utah for the summer and they moved back to Hawaii. We had a great time chatting but didnt watch the game much. Oh well we were having a great time.
